Our Mission
YOUR Humane Society SPCA supports the health and well-being of animals in Sumter County FL and educates and assists the people who care for them.
Our Story
YOUR Humane Society SPCA is a 501(c)3 non-profit, no-kill organization helping animals in need throughout our community as Sumter County’s oldest and largest private no-kill shelter. We have been proudly serving our community for 42 years with adoptions, public assistance programs (free pet food pantry, S/N vouchers, core medical care), humane education, disaster prep resources and more! Our goal is to raise at least $5000 to help meet the rising needs of our community programs and shelter operations.
